In Haulbag, you can create quotes, which can be automatically converted into orders upon approval. Quotes can be entered either manually or through an online store’s quote request.

Actions

Actions are an essential part of Haulbag’s functionality. Actions can be easily added to all sections of the system.

Haulbag includes its own project section.

Haulbag enables versatile order processing. Orders can be of the type pre-orders or sales orders. New orders can be created in Haulbag, from an online store, or by accepting quotes. Actions can be added to the order lines, which are automatically included in the invoicing. Printing instructions can be added to the order as an action, the progress of which can be monitored.

Haulbag’s shipment tracking allows for the delivery of orders in full or as partial shipments. Depending on the products on the order, confirmation can be done through Haulbag’s interfaces.

Invoice processing in Haulbag is easiest through deliveries. All shipments made through Haulbag can be invoiced. This gives financial management the freedom to choose when an order is invoiced. Individual shipments can be billed one at a time, or wait for the order to be fully delivered and invoicing takes place only after this.

Haulbag enables the export of invoices to financial management systems. During the project, export to the Talenom financial management system will be implemented.

Haulbag includes a product registry that meets the requirements of consumer and wholesale trade. Shelf locations enable tracking of production batches and best before dates.

Haulbag enables the integration of external warehouses into the product registry. Haulbag comes with the integration of Posti’s external warehouse as a ready-made solution. Other external warehouses can be implemented using the same warehouse extension.

Haulbag enables the processing of purchase orders and linking them to product suppliers. Purchase-related actions allow for tracking the stages of purchases. Multiple purchase orders and sales orders can be linked together, allowing for efficient tracking of sales-related purchases.

Product suppliers have their own section in Haulbag. Addresses, contact persons, bank connections, and supplier-specific costs can be added to suppliers, which are automatically transferred to purchase orders. If necessary, restricted user accounts can be created for product suppliers in the supplier portal, where suppliers can view their own information, products, and open purchase orders assigned to them.

Invoices can be added to purchase orders.

A cash flow statement can be used to forecast the cash flow between purchasing and selling. It is also possible to add recurring cash flow events to the cash flow statement.

Online stores are an essential part of Haulbag’s operations. Haulbag enables an unlimited number of separate online store views. The settings for all online stores and the products displayed in the stores can be set directly within Haulbag. Haulbag allows for the display of overstock and inventory levels to be set on a store-by-store basis. Pre-order processing also works through the online store.

The payment methods for the online store can be defined as an invoice, proforma invoice, or electronic payment methods provided by Paypal and Paytrail services.

Haulbag includes sales, invoicing, and product-related reports.

Haulbag includes the creation of Intrastat statistics for imports and exports.

Haulbag’s handling of attachments is highly flexible. Attachments can be added to all visible data within Haulbag. Attachments are always available exactly where they are needed.

Haulbag has been designed from the ground up to support employees’ work. The personal dashboard contains important information for each employee, discussions keep communication focused on relevant topics, and notifications ensure that changes made within the system do not go unnoticed.
