"We fell in love with Jeeves"

Lammin Betoni, founded in 1956, is a family business and a pioneer in stone construction. Lammin Betoni is a dynamic and financially stable market leader in the industry, manufacturing top-quality block and foundation products as well as ambitious and individual stone houses.

Years of collaboration with a flexible and knowledgeable partner

Before choosing Jeeves, Lammin Betoni explored different options for systems, but Jeeves stood out above the rest. The collaboration between Lammin Betoni and Proseduur began in 2015 when the previous representative ceased Jeeves operations. Lammin Betoni has been using the Jeeves ERP system in production since 2017.

“We fell in love with Jeeves”, says Pasi Lehtonen, Lammin Betoni’s IT and Logistics Manager.

When the previous Jeeves supplier discontinued the system representation, Lammin Betoni wondered whom to choose as a Jeeves partner to continue the system’s establishment, implementation, and development. Proseduur was smaller than the previous provider, which made Lammin Betoni hesitant about collaborating with a smaller company. Proseduur was chosen because Lammin Betoni felt that the smaller operator’s advantage was flexibility and that Proseduur had expertise with Jeeves. The choice has not been regretted.

“Flexibility has been evident in our collaboration. There has been no need to worry about the small size of the operator”, Lehtonen describes.

Utilizing Jeeves at different stages

In 2017, Jeeves’ functionalities were introduced in Lammin Betoni’s B2B business areas. Using Jeeves in B2B operations was a significant change for Lammin Betoni. The previous ERP system was used only for the sales process. With the new system, usage was expanded to production and procurement processes.

“As for the B2B business, the implementation went smoothly overall. Adapting the system to our needs was smoothly done with Proseduur”, Lehtonen assesses.

Proseduur has also helped Lammin Betoni in international projects. When the Lammin Betoni Group expanded its operations to Poland, Jeeves was also implemented there. The expansion was done quickly and efficiently in just a few weeks.

“The expansion went smoothly to Poland”, Lehtonen comments.

Proseduur and Lammin Betoni are currently working on a project to integrate the sales and quotation processes of the House Package business into Jeeves. Information will be transferred from the design system intended for drawing houses to Jeeves. Lehtonen is looking forward to the completion of the project and the further development of the system with Proseduur.

“Utilizing systems is an endless opportunity”, Lehtonen states about the future.

According to Lehtonen, the long-standing collaboration between Lammin Betoni and Proseduur is characterized by trust and openness. In addition, Proseduur has learned a lot about the construction industry and the utilization of Jeeves in the field over the years.

“We have strong confidence in Proseduur that things will work out”, Lehtonen says.

Lehtonen summarizes the collaboration, stating that over the years, Lammin Betoni has gained many new opportunities through Jeeves and has deepened its use of the ERP system.

“Jeeves serves our business more comprehensively than the systems we used before. We operate more systematically, and by standardizing and refining our operations, we have become more efficient”, Lehtonen concludes.
