Invoicing to a modern level

The collaboration with TS Turvasi and the Haulbag team began in 2014. At that time, TS Turvasi wanted to automate its invoicing process as efficiently as possible. The company’s revenue had grown significantly since its inception, and as invoicing increased, manual invoice processing took up a considerable amount of time for the company. Most customers wanted electronic invoices, and the company wanted to meet their clients’ wishes.

The Haulbag solution to TS Turvasi’s challenge was a cloud-based electronic invoicing system, where the invoices to be sent had two different formats: either an electronic invoice or an invoice delivered via email. With electronic invoicing, TS Turvasi was able to meet its customers’ wishes while streamlining its invoicing process and the time spent on it.

The company was able to implement the new invoicing system automatically without the need to manually input Finvoice data into the system. At the same time, the customer companies invoiced based on the company’s service were also automatically transferred to its CRM system in the cloud service. This information is available to the company in their CRM system when TS Turvasi wants to plan customer actions or the implementation of new sections. The customer is very satisfied with the functionality of the electronic invoicing system and is interested in expanding its cooperation with the Haulbag team, including in areas such as e-commerce and order system optimization.
